I originated in the Midwest and maintained those values. I have been a nurse for over four decades and a licensed massage therapist for 30 years. I celebrate my joy by helping others find their path to healing. My specialty in massage has been oncology and people experiencing health challenges.
Since 2017 I have educated people about using cannabis as medicine. I am a member of the Cannabis Nurses Network and received my Certificate of Completion in Cannabis Education from The Medical Cannabis Institute and Dr. Dustin Sulaks HEALERS program in Cannabis Therapeutics. My clinical expertise and passion for helping people through natural methods give her a unique perspective to help others. Those with complex medical issues, concerned about drug interactions, or who prefer a more clinically guided approach to cannabis use will find her a refreshing alternative to traditional nursing.
I am proud to say I support several nonprofits providing massage therapy and energy work for their patients.
Teri is married and lives in North San Diego County. She gardens, creates art out of repurposed items for fun and relaxation, rides her e-bike, and enjoys flat water paddle-boarding. She is a mom to 3 French bulldogs and fosters for two dog rescues.

Hello & Welcome! Being a massage therapist/Bodyworker is a dream career for me. I consider it an honor to spend my time connecting so deeply with others and a gift to help facilitate healing is this profound way. I approach the body with a focused playfulness, listening with my hands and following the release and opening I feel in the muscles.
My work helps my clients experience a deep state of relaxation and can help address either acute issues or chronic pain that a person may be experiencing. My intention with my work is to provide a safe and comfortable place for my clients to facilitate their own healing through deepening their connection with the body, breath and heart.
I would describe myself as a lover of life who celebrates adventure, creative expression, fulfilling relationships, self exploration, and connection with nature. I love contributing to a persons happiness and well being.
